By signing this contract, the seller is agreeing to all of the terms, conditions, rules, regulations, and fees set
forth by ESELL4DOLLARS, eBay, and Paypal. The seller is also agreeing that ESELL4DOLLARS is not in any way affiliated with eBay other than as an independent agent for services, nor an affiliate of Paypal in any way other than as a payment service. Therefore the seller is agreeing to all fees set forth in these Terms and Conditions. Furthermore the seller is agreeing that to the best of their knowledge that all items for sale by ESELL4DOLLARS on behalf of the client is legally owned by the client, or is legally in the custody for the sale of such item, or items. The client is agreeing that ESELL4DOLLARS will in no way be legally liable for the misrepresentations of items listed on eBay, or for any legal obligations or fees that my arise from questionable, false, fraudulent, or stolen items that are contractually listed for sale on behalf of the client. The client is agreeing that ESELL4DOLLARS is a reputable company in the eBay community and with 100% positive feedback the client in no way will intentionally disrupt such reputation.

2) Pick-up & Delivery Policy

ESELL4DOLLARS will gladly pick-up and deliver your auction items to and from your home for the following fee:
1 - First visit or consultation with ESELL4DOLLARS is FREE. We will pick-up sellers items that time.
  2 - There after seller may schedule an appointment to drop off as often as they would like with no charge.
  3 - If an item seller has listed sells locally and the customer wants the item delivered, the eBay buyer will
        pay for the delivery of the item.
4 - If seller needs pick-up of any items, other than furniture, appliances, vehicles, or heavy equipment, the rates are as follows:
  Z-1 / Albuquerque City Limits: $10.00
  Z-2 / Rio Rancho Area: $15.00
  Z-3 / Bernalillo Area: $15.00
  Z-4 / Bosque Farms Area: $15.00
  Z-5 / Tijeras Area: $15.00
  Z-6 / Los Lunas Area: $20.00
Outside of those Zones, call for a quote. Sellers pick-up price will be added to your final invoice.

FURNITURE AND APLLIANCES:
5 – If an auction item is too large or to heavy to transport, we will leave the item in sellers possession, until it has been sold. However, there will be an “Oversized Item Handling Fee” to pack and transport from sellers location to the shipping terminal. Fees is based on height, weight (there is an additional fee of $50.00 per item for weight calculation unless the seller has an original invoice from purchase with the weight clearly indicated.), packing and shipping procedures for Oversized Packages as set forth by the United States Post Office, UPS, FEDEX, or any large freight company. The standard fee for transportation to freight company dock per item packing per item and shipping per item is $100.00 per item, paid to E-SELL4DOLLARS by the seller in advance.

HEAVY EQUIPMENT:
6 – Will be quoted for weight calculation and eBay buyer pays transportation fees.

3) eBay Listing & Insertion Fees Policy for “Standard Auction” Listings

A) Standard Auction Listings: Other than business and industrial equipment as defined below, and vehicles as defined below, all items will be listed in a general category designed to help the searches and visibility of your items.

To post with eBay in Auction Format, the seller (client/owner of property) must pay the following fees:

Insertion Fees: A fee charged to insert sellers item on eBay. The fee is based on the beginning Auction price for an item.

     $10.00 - $25.00 = $0.60
     $25.01 - $50.00 = $1.20
     $50.01 - $200.00 = $2.40
     $201.00 – $500.00 = $3.60
     $500.01 + =$4.80

Listing Fee: This is a fee charged for promoting sellers item on eBay. There are many types of listing fees as outlined below:

“OUR GUARANTEE” Listings Include (At no Additional Charge):

-     Auction Length: All auctions are based on a 7-day auction listing for free.
-     Sellers check will be mailed 1st of every month.

“YOUR GUARANTEE” Listings Include (At no Additional Charge):

- Up to $500 = $10 upfront - nonrefundable, but gets applied to fees if item sells
- Up to $1000 = $20 upfront - nonrefundable, but gets applied to fees if item sells
- Over $1001 + = $30 upfront - nonrefundable, but gets applied to fees if item sells

- Auction Length: All auctions are based on a 10-day auction listing for free.
- Sellers check will be mailed 1st and the 15th of every month.

Please make note there is a minimum $5.00 commission on all items sold with E-SELL4DOLLARS.

B) Additional Features to promote your auction:

FEATURED Package: The following features may be added to either of the above packages for an additional $5.00 per auction:

Item Subtitle Fee: To have a subtitle under the main listing to give more information.

Bolding Fee: To darken listing title and/or subtitle so auction will stand out.

Border Fee: A border added to listing to draw the buyer’s eye to the auction.

FEATURED PLUS Upgrades: The following features may be added to either of the above packages for an additional FEE per auction:

1) Highlight Fee: A fee charged to highlight seller’s item so buyers will take 1st notice. = $5.00

2) Featured Plus: A fee charged to expose sellers listing on specialized item search. = $20.00

3) Gallery Featured: A fee charged to expose sellers listing on a specialized gallery search. = $20.00

4) Home Page Featured: A fee charged to highlight seller’s item on the eBay home page. = $40.00

Reserve Fees: This is a charge to insure that the seller’s item does not sell for less that requested, but encourages the possibility that the eBay buyer can get a great item at a great price.

- The fees for Reserve listings in this category are a flat $2.00 - $4.00 up to $200.00 in Reserve.

- After that the fees are: 1% of reserve price. All other insertion fees still apply. This fee is paid upfront and is nonrefundable.

10 Day Auction Fee: This feature may be used to have a 10 day listing instead of a 7 day listing on the “Our Guarantee” Package. This allows buyers to have a few extra days to view and decided on auctions. The fee for this is an additional $0.40 per auction.

Emperors Package: This upgrade adds a rush service to seller’s auctions of an additional 5% of the final sale price. Service includes:

4) eBay Listing & Insertion Fees Policy for “In Store Inventory” Listings

A) In Store Inventory Listings: To post with eBay in an In Store Inventory Format, the seller (client/owner of property) must pay the following fees:

Insertion Fees: This is a fee charged to insert seller’s item on eBay. Fee is based on the “Buy It Now” price for an item.

    $10.00 - $25.00 = $1.00 - first 30 days – second 30 days = $2.00 – third 30 days = $3.00 per item
     $25.01 - $50.00 = $1.00 - first 30 days – second 30 days = $2.00 – third 30 days = $3.00 per item
     $50.01 - $200.00 = $1.00 - first 30 days – second 30 days = $2.00 – third 30 days = $3.00 per item
     $201.00 – $500.00 = $1.00 - first 30 days – second 30 days = $2.00 – third 30 days = $3.00 per item
     $500.01 + =$1.00 – first 30 days – second 30 days = $2.00 – third 30 days = $3.00 per item
